Cordry Appraisal Services, Inc. is a full service real estate appraisal firm founded by Reg Cordry in 1984. The company now includes four full-time State certified appraisers, a full-time appraisal research assistant, and a full-time office manager.
Key personnel include Reg W. Cordry, and Kevin P. O’Bryan. Both Mr. Cordry and Mr. O’Bryan are State Certified appraisers in Kansas and Missouri. Together, they have over 70 years of appraisal experience within the Kansas City metropolitan area. Mr. O’Bryan holds the MAI Designation, as granted by the Appraisal Institute and is current in his State licensing and Appraisal Institute educational requirements and is in good standing.
Our experience and education have positioned us with the appropriate training to perform technically competent analyses. The growth of our company continues to be measured; focused on our ability to allow at least one of our key personnel to remain directly involved in each and every appraisal report we prepare. Our staff has the necessary critical mass to enable us to efficiently handle any larger projects and to provide such services in a timely fashion.
